Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of R&D MedTech’s solutions to physician practices. This position sells our products and services using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the solutions/services to their needs, resulting in revenue generation. In addition, the position provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services.
Responsibilities:
• Generates revenue opportunities by developing key markets and cultivating long-term relationships with senior-level customer contacts
• Assists with the development of sales strategies that maximize existing relationships and identifies new opportunities in direct sales and reseller markets
• Functions as the primary contact point for customers prior to project initiation
• Negotiates with clients on a variety of financial and delivery-related issues
• Communicates on a regular basis with all appropriate staff
• Provides timely and accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
• Executes business plan for assigned territory
• Generates new business leads, follows up on marketing campaigns and sets up qualified appointments with prospects
• Keeps all account and prospect information timely and up-to-date in our business development pipeline tool for prospect/client/sales tracking purposes
• Meets assigned sales quota in territory
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
• College degree (BA or BS) preferred
• In-depth understanding of key technology and healthcare concepts required to sell complex solutions
• Ability to clearly articulate business issues and solutions and negotiate at a senior management level
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Broad knowledge of and an interest in current healthcare business challenges, products and sales practices
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed personality
Rapid IT Deployment Specialist
Consults with client and conducts research, performs assessments and surveys to obtain data, and analyzes problems to advise on or recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of theory, documented procedures, and practical experience. Requires knowledge in fields defined as information technology, computer networking, network security and VPN, LAN/WAN, computer systems analysis, terminal services, and related fields. Requires experience in the field setting up small business networks and VPN hardware devices. Experience in Healthcare industry a plus.
Responsibilities include setup of clients’ network both wired and wireless, VPN, WAN, and PCs.
Help Desk Support Analyst
This position is responsible for resolving customer issues and questions regarding the PrimeSuite practice management solution or the PrimeSuite electronic health record solution to the customer's satisfaction. This position requires good verbal and written communication skills, a problem-solving skill set, and a positive customer service attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Utilizes customer ticketing system to provide solutions in a timely manner
• Answers how-to questions
• Assists clients with their application needs
• Works with software vendor to effect solutions to complex problems
• Recommends configuration changes and system additions that optimize performance
• Tracks customer support issues and notes potential training insufficiencies
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
• 2-3 years experience in a physician billing or clinical setting preferred
• Experience with medical office software preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
IT Paper Records Conversion Specialist
Consults with client and ascertain parameters for converting paper records to electronic files. Requires knowledge of scanner technologies and hardware as well as scanning software with an eye to detail and organization. Requires experience using scanner hardware and software with experience in Healthcare industry a plus.
Responsibilities include scanning clients’ records to electronic documents and importing to clients’ computer systems.
Medical Office Software Trainer, Practice Management
Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, dynamic presentation skills and flexibility to travel to client offices.
The individuals who join the client services team must be committed to continually improving their technical, presentation and communication skills. These individuals are responsible for successfully implementing our electronic health records software product PrimeSuite, in physician practices. This position will require 85 to 95 percent travel.
Responsibilities:
• Assessing client training requirements and, in conjunction with a Project Manager, preparing implementation objectives and agendas
• Conducting on-site small and large group training sessions
• Ensuring client end users are properly introduced to areas of the application related to their job functions
• Serving as the client's on-site application expert, ensuring that system setup is congruent with client- defined project goals
• Assisting in the development of client implementation project plan
• Assisting in the review of client processes and development of revised workflow plans
• Overseeing the Go-live implementation of the EHR product
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Software training experience a plus
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in physician office billing preferred
